Appointment Policy
Just as we will do everything in our power to serve you in a timely manner, we ask that our clients arrive at their designated appointment time. Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes late to their appointment may be asked to wait or reschedule.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards and cash.
In some cases, our furry family members may need unexpected care that pinches our budgets. In those cases, we are happy to work with our patients with financing options through Scratch Pay and CareCredit.
