Friends of Willow River Veterinary Services,
We hope that you all are staying healthy and that your FAS (Fear, Anxiety, Stress Spectrum) is low despite the challenges we are facing.
At this time, we are open and available to see your pets! However, we wanted to let you know what we are doing to keep you, our staff, and our community safe.
1. We are limiting our visits to one patient per hour to reduce overlap and exposure.
2. We pride ourselves on keeping it clean, but we’re keeping things extra clean right now. Our exam rooms are sanitized thoroughly after every visit, as are our treatment areas.
3. We are asking any clients who are not feeling well (that includes cold and flu symptoms) to reschedule their visits.
4. Likewise, if any of our staff members is not feeling well, we are asking them to stay home.
Our goal is to keep everyone happy and their FAS as low as possible. If that means you need to reschedule your appointment, we completely understand. Please just give us a call to let us know.
